DFER-RI Encourages Legislature to Remove Charter Cap
DFER-Rhode Island has sent letters to Senate President Teresa Paiva-Weed and Speaker of the House Gordon Fox, encouraging the Legislature to completely remove Rhode Island's charter cap in order to be more competitive in the federal Race to the Top competition.
